I kept waiting for something to go wrong, as it seemed too easy, but it all worked out flawlessly. They were incredibly responsive: getting back to me  within minutes and often seconds. I felt like I was in good hands through the entire transaction and felt I could trust them both. I could not be happier with the outcome. My only regret was not using them sooner for real estate transactions! I will definitely use them again!
